Infinite Design Possibilities
Verti-Fence can be configured for a variety of uses including privacy fencing, noise barriers, garbage enclosures, substation enclosures and more. Starting with just our precast columns, the system can be installed to heights of up to 3m (10’) and up to 5m+ (16’+) using galvanized steel beams. You have the choice of incorporating an unlimited combination of materials into the design. Choose from our wall panels with choice of realistic stone patterns on both sides to complimentary fence materials like gates, wrought iron and wood. The fence can also accommodate any property line following straight lines, 90 degree turns and even curves.
Multiple Finishing Options
In addition to the choices of realistic natural stone patterns on either side of the fence, designers can also specify components colours. While integral colour is an option, Verti-Crete recommends staining components with a water-based concrete stain. With virtually endless colours to choose from, it is more economical than an integral colour. The effect of real stone can be achieved when used in layers of base and accent colours. Combinations of base and accent colours can be applied to match the theme of any project.
Cost Effective
Some precast systems in the market utilize smaller panel dimensions, allowing them to install only up to 2m2 (24ft2) of fence at a time. In comparison, Verti-Crete has the ability to manufacture a wide selection of panel dimensions tailored to suit project height requirements and site conditions in order to maximize installation efficiency. Utilizing Verti-Fence’s largest panel allows up to 9m2 (96ft2) of fence to be installed at once. As Verti-Fence can be assembled with fewer components, this translates into much faster installation times and lower project budgets.
