Property management had decided to make some site improvements by adding masonry columns and decorative metal fence to the course entrance. Verti-Fence precast columns were selected for the project for their ability to bring the project under budget (offering 30% cost savings versus real masonry) and the ability to meet tight construction deadlines thanks to its quick and easy installation. Manufactured with a realistic “Sierra” stone pattern and finished with a 3-colour stain, precast never looked so good.
